Friday access to the venue from 1 pm until 9 pm

Pricing and Policy are subject to change at any time. Your contract terms will be based on the date the contract is written, not the date you inquire or tour. (Some couples may tour our facility months before deciding to book. It can be challenging to keep up with inquiries, tours, and the rates given at that time. Therefore, we have implemented this policy to ensure fairness and consistency for all our clients.)
Inquire for weekend holiday pricing for July 4th, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s.
**Additional guests may require additional parking staff. The cost is $25 per attendant per hour for a minimum of 6 hours. ($150)

“How many events do you host in a day?”

We only ever host ONE event per day so you get exclusive use of the venue.
Q: What are the nearest towns to your venue?
We’re a waterfront wedding venue in South Carolina situated between Charlotte and Columbia. Our nearest towns are: Lancaster (12 miles) Rock Hill (28 miles), Fort Mill (40 miles), Columbia (50 miles) and Charlotte (55 miles). We are also 57 miles from Charlotte Douglas International Airport.
Q: What are the accommodation options near the venue?
There’s an excellent selection of Airbnbs, hotels and Bed and Breakfast options within a 30-minute drive. We've compiled a list to make it easy for you and your guests to find the accommodation you need.
Q: What transportation services are available?
We work with a companies out of Charlotte for transportation. They offer sedans, 30, 40 & 56 passenger vehicles. A typical cost for a bus to and from the venue is approximately $2000- $3000 for 8 hours of service.
Q: What’s your policy on alcohol?
You’ll need to bring in your own alcohol for your event. A certified and insured bartender is required to service alcohol. An off-duty police officer is required to be on-site during bar service. Guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol.
