1) Bridal Portraits/ Engagement Sessions

All portrait preparations, including hair and makeup, must be completed off-site. However, you may change into your gown or clothing on-site. If you have a wedding scheduled at Catawba Falls, there is no charge for this session.

At Catawba Falls, we believe in giving you the freedom to choose your own photographer. Therefore, a photographer is not provided by us.

2) Request a 45-Minute Rehearsal

Rehearsals are confirmed 30-45 days before the date (if it’s not already in your package). You should request your date and time as early as possible. If your chosen date should be booked with another paying event, you will be notified immediately and have the opportunity to choose another day or time.

Note: If your package does not include a dedicated rehearsal day, Catawba Falls personnel may not be on-site for your rehearsal, so the building will not be open. Please plan accordingly for your visit. Our gate will be scheduled to open for you to rehearse and close approximately 75-90 minutes later.

3) Final Walk-through

For your final walk-through, we'll review wedding day details, focusing on venue and floor plan specifics to ensure seamless execution. Ideally scheduled approximately 30 days before your wedding and after the RSVP deadline, this 45-60 minute meeting is most effective with both partners and your planner present. Please ensure you've completed your Wedding Day Information Questionnaire, accessible via email or your 17hats portal.
